He is able to combine his innate love for all types of music and apply that to DJing some of the biggest parties in Florida and making some of todays most played and loved club edits and remixes.

At the age of 15 Spindiana Jones bought his first Jay-Z cd and has since been fascinated with the production and performance of music. After graduating high school Jones attended the University of Florida where he grew even more in love with music. It was at this time he began to teach himself the art of music production while pursuing his B.A. in Film Studies. Working tirelessly he crafted his own style and became the “go to” producer for many of the schools Hip-Hop and Reggaeton artists.

After receiving his degree from University of Florida Jones moved to Tampa, Florida where he was finally able to merge all of his past music knowledge into the career of deejaying. Starting as just a hobby Jones eventually began getting recognized locally and asked to deejay at bigger venues. It was at this time he realized he had found his calling. Jones is now one of the biggest DJ’s in the Tampa Bay area and has become recognized internationally for his work on the acclaimed Crooklyn Clan owned DJ remix site Crack4DJs.com. His edits and remixes can now be heard in clubs all over the world. He has also been featured on Rane’s website, multiple music blogs, and is an on air mixer for Tampa’s Hot 101.5 FM.

This week, we brought in the talented duo, Lemi Vice & Action Jackson. Their productions have officially been supported by some of the industries best including Benzi, Sidney Samson, Dani Deahl, gLAdiator, TWRK, and MAKJ.

Lemi Vice
Over the past decade, Lemi Vice has established himself as respected musician throughout the Midwest. Never one to settle into a single style of music, Lemi instead chooses to draw from his experiences from “dark clubs, and science fiction films.” This allows him to transition between nearly every genre and progression in bass music. With support from some of bass music’s heavy hitters, Lemi uses his extensive musical background to try and push the envelope, always evolving his sound.

Action Jackson
Indianapolis born and raised, Action Jackson has been a mainstay in the Midwest DJ scene for over a decade, playing well over 200 shows in 2015. Specializing in genre bending mixes that span multiple styles of music, he is equally comfortable spinning hip-hop, EDM, indie rock, classics and everything in between. His frequent production collaborations with Lemi Vice have received support across the globe garnering spins on BBC Radio 1 and support some of the worlds top djs. In short, there’s not a crowd or party that he can’t rock from the sweatiest underground dance club to large festivals such as Forecastle, Identity Fest, and The Indianapolis 500, the biggest single day sporting event in the world.

In 2007, he partnered with Flufftronix to form Rad Summer, a promotion company based in Bloomington, IN. Now based in Philly and Indianapolis, RAD SUMMER has become an established name in the Midwest and East-Coast; partnering with brands such as Scion, Mad Decent, Colt 45, IHEARTCOMIX, PBR, Mishka etc… and booking acts such as Rusko, Benga, Flosstradamus (as performers they’ve also partnered in events for such artists as Soulja Boy, The MisShapes, DJ AM, Steve Aoki, and Girl Talk). In 2011 Rad Summer expanded to include a full fledged record label, with releases from industry heavyweights such as Figure and DJ Shiftee.

take it with you

Iphone_trans Listening to podcasts on your mobile devices is extremely convenient -- and it's what makes the podcasting medium so powerful.

You can take your favorite shows and mixes with you anywhere, but to do so requires some quick and simple steps.

Let's walk you through that process together.
step 1:

Click the "Subscribe With iTunes" link in the page's sidebar:

This will require that you have the iTunes software on your computer.

(You can download iTunes here.)
step 2:

Now that you've subscribed to the podcast on iTunes, the feed will display in your "Podcasts" section on the left navigation bar.

Click there and you'll see the show displayed in the iTunes browser.

You can "get all" to download all available episodes or just individual episodes.
step 3:

Plug your mobile device (iPhone, iPad, iPod) into your computer with the Dock Connector cable, and click the device in iTunes's left navigation bar.

Once you have your device highlighted, click "Podcasts" in the top navigation bar and sync the podcasts you want on your device. Click "apply" and the episodes you have downloaded on your iTunes software will sync with your device.
that's it!

The beauty of this process is that now, every new episode of your subscribed podcasts will automatically sync to your device every time you plug it in and open iTunes. You can now take your favorite shows with you everywhere you go.
